EFCA is thrilled to announce the winner of the fourteenth Future Leader's Competition, recognising outstanding young professionals in the engineering field. Anders Høie from Norway emerged as the winner for his pioneering work in implementing Augmented Reality (AR) in the construction industry, revolutionising how engineers visualise 3D models on-site. Two runners-up, Patrick Kavanagh from Ireland and Mads Holten Rasmussen from Denmark, were also acknowledged for their remarkable contributions in sustainable hotel design and automated rule checking for designs, respectively. Honorary mentions were given to Michael Minehane (Ireland), Camilla Tang (Denmark), Elli Susanna Kinnunen (Finland), and Kasper Bach Johannsen (Denmark).
